Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s how we support you:

Weather Policy
Our courses run in most conditions; however, if safety is at risk due to severe weather, Blizzard Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel at its discretion. Your safety always comes first.

If We Cancel a Tour
Partial refund applies if Blizzard Academy cancels.

If You’re Unwell or Injured
Partial refund applies with a valid medical certificate.

Early Cancellation
Cancel more than 30 days before the course/tour start date to be eligible for a partial refund.

Securing Your Spot
Your spot will be forfeited if payment is not received 14 days before the course/tour start date.

Payment Fees
PayPal fees are non-refundable. A 3% fee applies to other payment methods.

Online Modules
No refunds are provided for online module portions of courses; prices can be verified on the website.

Credit Option
Instead of a partial refund, participants may request a credit valid for 1 year from the course/tour start date equal to the initial course/tour cost; valid for any Blizzard course or tour of equal or lesser value. If not used within one year, the credit expires with no refund.
