Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s how we support you:

If we cancel a tour
You’ll receive a refund.

If you're unwell or injured
You’ll receive a refund with a valid medical certificate.

If you cancel early
Cancel at least one month before the course, and you’re eligible for a refund.

Payment fees
PayPal fees are non-refundable.
A 3% fee applies to all other payment methods.

Credit option
You can choose a credit valid for one year instead of a refund.
It can be used for any future Blizzard course or tour.
If you don’t book and complete a course or tour within one year, the credit will expire, and the payment will be retained.

Weather policy
Our courses run in most conditions.
If safety is at risk due to severe weather, we may reschedule or cancel.
Your safety always comes first.
