Kyle Boys
CAA Ops 2 / CAA Professional Member / CSGA 3 course with Touring Mod 1 / WFA 80 hrs
Kyle is a seasoned backcountry guide with a strong international résumé, including experience in Japan, Austria, Alaska, Canada, New Zealand, and across Australia. He has worked extensively in heli, cat, and touring operations, and has taught Avalanche awareness courses for nearly a decade.
He also contributes to avalanche forecasting with the Mountain Safety Collective and is currently working toward his CSGA Level 3 certification in Canada. His passion for snow and dedication to safety drives everything he does in the mountains.

Dylan Robinson
CAA Ops 1 / CSGA 1 / Filmmaker/Photojournalist / WFA 80 hrs
Dylan combines a background in media with a love for skiing and the mountains. He’s worked in marketing at Hotham and Whitewater, using storytelling to promote backcountry safety.
Recently, he completed his first season tail guiding in Canada, gaining valuable skills and experience. Whether behind the lens or on the skin track, Dylan brings positive energy, a creative eye, and a strong commitment to safe mountain travel.

Craig Sheppard
CAA Ops 3 / CAA Professional Member / WFA 80 hrs / CSIA 2
Craig is one of Australia’s most experienced snow safety professionals, known for his deep knowledge and positive presence in the mountains. As President and lead forecaster for the Mountain Safety Collective, he brings decades of experience in risk management and avalanche forecasting.
He led avalanche safety at Lake Louise, overseeing a team of six and the safety of over 300,000 skiers each winter. With a background in heli-ski guiding and 14 years as a CAA course instructor. It’s always a pleasure to be with Craig in the mountains.

Drew grew up in Bright and spends his winters at Hotham with his family. A passionate freerider and backcountry skier, he’s chased fresh lines around the world.
He loves exploring the Victorian backcountry and the NSW Main Range, and is a strong advocate for safe mountain travel. For Drew, life in the mountains is home—and he’s always keen to share the stoke.

Mimi fell in love with skiing at five and discovered backcountry touring in Japan in 2018, sparking her journey toward guiding.
She’s passionate about Australia’s alpine environment and has worked from cat skiing in Canada to avalanche control with Fernie Patrol. Mimi brings a deep love for the mountains, a focus on safety, and a drive to inspire others in the backcountry.
